Philip A. Locke, known to friends as "Diet Coke Phil," is a survivor, advocate, and visionary leader who has experienced both the heights of success and the depths of homelessness. His journey from corporate boardrooms to sleeping on park benches has given him a unique perspective on the human condition and the power of compassion.

Today, Philip serves as the heart and soul of the Homeless Lives Matter movement, working tirelessly to ensure that every person experiencing homelessness is seen, heard, and valued. As an aspiring Honorary Mayor of Apollo Beach, Florida, he brings hope to the hopeless and reminds us all that every life has meaning.
